Now In: Return Policy

     Return Policy:   Contact us for a return authorization within 7 days, by phone at 518-724-6464, have your customer number and order number ready.  Items received without a return authorization may not be issued credit.  Items must be returned within 7 days of return authorization being issued.   Certain special order items may be non-returnable.   Some defective items may be returned for warranty repair only.
 
     All items must be returned complete, including all packaging, accessories, manuals, etc.  All credits are subject to a return inspection.  Writing, marks, tape residue or signs of use on any boxes or materials may be grounds for less than full credit or no credit being issued.    Items with obvious signs of use or misuse will be returned.  We cannot credit outbound shipping charges.
 
     NOTE: All items should be properly packed within a suitable shipping carton, DO NOT attach shipping labels or anything to original packaging.  Items returned with shipping labels, postage, tape, etc, on the original packing will not be eligible for credit.   Pack items properly to avoid damage.  Credit will not be issued for items damaged during return shipping.  We highly suggest shipping UPS or FedEx so you will have tracking information.   Pack all items carefully, we are not responsible for damage during return shipping.
 
     We reserve the right to deny credit for items returned incomplete.   At our discretion we may offer partial credit based on the cost of the missing items or condition of the returned product.
